Sean Hagerty, Vanguard's Managing Director for Europe, says retail investors aren't changing their behaviour in the face of recession fears and rampant inflation. He tells Bloomberg's Stephen Carroll and Lizzy Burden that Vanguard will not divest from companies for environmental reasons, and instead wants to use its influence on boards to reduce their impact on the climate.
