Bloomberg Law Brief: Supreme Court “Punts” on Obamacare (Audio)

Marty Lederman, Associate Professor at Georgetown Law, and Steve Vladeck, Law professor at American University’s Washington College of Law, the U.S. Supreme Court deferring resolving a divisive clash between the Obama administration and faith-based groups over insurance coverage for contraceptives under Obamacare. The justices unanimously returned appeals by religious groups to the lower courts, saying the two sides should try to work out their differences.
