Ukraine’s biggest oil and gas company is pitching several projects that could be among the first under a resource deal with the US to shore up its wartime economy and help secure support from President Donald Trump.

State-run Naftogaz Group has proposed ten projects focused on extraction and energy efficiency, its chief executive officer said. Ukrainian Prime Minister Yuliia Svyrydenko plans to implement three projects drawing on the funds’ financing by the end of 2026, she said after meeting the US entity that oversees the investment vehicle last week.
