South Korea’s impeached President Yoon Suk Yeol remained determined to hold on to his job as judges looked to wrap up a trial on whether to permanently remove him from office for his short-lived martial law declaration.

The Constitutional Court held a final hearing Tuesday to close a six-week trial focused on whether Yoon breached the constitution with the martial law decree in early December. It will likely take around two weeks from the last hearing for the court’s eight judges to review the case and deliver a ruling.
