Chinese Spying to Surge Before NATO Summit, Dutch Minister Says

The Netherlands should brace for more Chinese espionage in several key sectors, including semiconductors, leading up to the NATO summit in the Hague in June, Foreign Affairs Minister Caspar Veldkamp said.

“The Netherlands is often a target for Chinese espionage and cyber operations,” Veldkamp said during a parliamentary debate about China on Wednesday.
