Hong Kong Mansions Sold for $141 Million in Single Transaction

Four houses on the Peak have been sold for HK$1.1 billion ($141 million), making it the largest single transaction since the government removed property curbs in February.
The buyer had purchased houses A, B, C and D of the luxury residential project 46 Plantation Road on Tuesday, according to the register of transactions on the project’s official website. The buyer paid 5% of the price as a provisional deposit, and the purchase will be fully made by Aug. 8.
