BlackRock Inc. is changing its leadership ranks, elevating the former head of stewardship to a broader global role and creating a new division.
The world’s largest asset manager, which regularly shuffles key personnel, announced the changes in a memo to staff Wednesday. The firm anointed Sandy Boss chief operating officer of its global client business, a division formed earlier this year and run by Mark Wiedman, according to the memo, which was viewed by Bloomberg.
