Loews Corp., the Tisch family company that owns stakes in insurers, energy businesses and hotels, signed a lease at 9 West 57th St., a Manhattan office tower known for its sweeping Central Park views and pricey rents.

The firm will take over two floors spanning about 65,000 square feet (6,038 square meters) at the building, according to people familiar with the matter, who asked not to be named because the deal is private.
