Iraq’s foreign ministry is urgently considering different responses to a series of Iranian missile strikes on its Kurdish region, the country’s spokesperson for the foreign ministry said in an interview with Saudi-based Al-Arabiya TV.

Iraq will follow “specific diplomatic procedure,” Ahmed Al-Sahhaf said in the interview, where he also called the attacks a violation of the principles of “good neighborliness” and a “blatant abuse.”
