Gazprom PJSC’s board of directors recommended an interim dividend payout for the first time in its history on the back of buoyant first-half earnings.
The board recommended a record interim dividend of 51.03 rubles a share, according to a regulatory disclosure. Shareholders will vote on the proposal at an extraordinary meeting Sept. 30.
