London’s Hosepipe Ban to Start From August 24, Thames Water Says

  • Utilities giant is among six to announce usage restrictions
  • Thunderstorms over drought-hit England threaten flash floods

Thames Water Ltd. said its hosepipe ban in the UK capital will start on Aug. 24, even as the region faced a warning of thunderstorms and floods.
