Peru’s Prime Minister Anibal Torres resigned on Wednesday, triggering another cabinet reshuffle in the politically turbulent nation.  

Torres, the nation’s fourth prime minister since President Pedro Castillo took office last year, said he would return to university teaching, according to his resignation letter, which he published on Twitter.
