U.S. Senator Lindsey Graham is trying again to avoid testifying before a special purpose grand jury in Fulton County, Georgia, filing a motion to quash his subpoena in a South Carolina federal court.

The grand jury, convened by Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis, is investigating President Donald Trump’s attempts to overturn the Georgia results of the 2020 federal election.
