After an eight-day summit dash from Rwanda to Spain via Germany’s Bavarian Alps, Boris Johnson told reporters he was “keen” to get back to Britain.

“There’s no place like home,” the UK prime minister said in Madrid, stealing the famous line from “The Wizard of Oz” to counter media suggestions he was avoiding the day job.
