Vice President Kamala Harris said voters will have “the final word” on whether federally guaranteed access to abortion is reinstated, after the Supreme Court overturned the landmark Roe v. Wade ruling. 

“This is not over,” Harris said Friday while attending a conference in Plainfield, Illinois.
