Booking Holdings Inc. shareholders will vote on linking Chief Executive Officer Glenn Fogel’s compensation to climate goals at this year’s annual meeting as investors continue to push companies to adopt more environmentally and socially friendly policies.

A fund of London-based asset manager Trium Capital LLC is asking fellow shareholders of the online travel company to vote in favor of a proposal that would tie Fogel’s and at least one other executive’s annual compensation to a plan to reduce planet-warming emissions.
