U.S. Loosens On Masks as Cases Rise 0.1%; HK Tests: Virus Update

Infections in the U.S. increased 0.1% from Friday to 78.9 million, with positive cases in Maine rising 0.5%. At the same time, health officials in the country loosened recommendations for mask wearing, in a shift that suggests a focus on protecting hospitals and vulnerable people over broadly preventing infections.
