Malaysia’s prime minister Najib Razak was looking for a lot from Goldman Sachs Group Inc. in exchange for his business.

After a 2009 meeting with then-CEO Lloyd Blankfein, the former head of state wanted to get his children jobs at the bank in return for working with the firm on $6.5 billion in bond deals, former Southeast Asia chairman Tim Leissner testified Tuesday.
