Bank of America Corp. elevated 314 executives to managing directors across the company, welcoming in one of the most diverse classes in the bank’s history, according to people with knowledge of the matter.
More than 55% of the promotions went to women or people of color, one of the people said, asking not to be identified discussing personnel matters. The executives were notified of their promotions in recent days, according to the people.
