In the third year of  the Covid-19 pandemic, the fledgling hope for normalcy remains out of grasp. Lockdowns and travel restrictions are still rippling around the world. Loved ones are falling ill, anxieties are stirring, and future plans are uncertain.

Time’s slippage has been a hallmark of pandemic life, with so many of the social events that normally make for solid memories called off or collapsed into virtual space. Old routines such as commute patterns, get-togethers with friends and annual family vacations remain constrained or defined by new stresses.
