Facebook Inc. Chief Executive Officer Mark Zuckerberg will tell U.S. lawmakers that competition in technology is thriving and warn of Chinese influence on the industry when he testifies Wednesday before a subcommittee of U.S. Congressional leaders focused on antitrust.
