HNA Group Co. just put its Park Hotels & Resorts Inc. stake up for sale as the embattled Chinese conglomerate scrambles to repay its debts. The proposal brings the total amount of HNA asset sales emerging this year to over $9 billion, or more than half the 100 billion yuan ($16 billion) in disposals that the company is said to have targeted by the first half of the year.
