Education systems help the region’s countries attract, retain talent, IMD says

Switzerland took first place in the IMD World Talent Ranking, which measures how good countries are at attracting, developing and retaining talent. Of the top 15 slots, 11 are European countries, with a total of 63 examined. “It is European countries’ outstanding education systems that set them apart from the rest of the pack,” Lausanne-based IMD said. “This allows them to develop local talent and at the same time attract foreign, highly-skilled professionals, which many European businesses rely upon to perform.
