Meg Whitman Says She's ‘Not Going Anywhere’ After Uber Search

Meg Whitman is staying put.

The Hewlett Packard Enterprise Co. chief executive officer said Tuesday that she was “called in very late” in Uber Technologies Inc.’s search for a new leader -- but that her current company has a lot of opportunity ahead.

There is “lots more work to do, and I actually am not going anywhere,” she said on a conference call with analysts.
