U.K.'s May Says Combustible Cladding Found in Buildings

Insulation and tiles used in cladding at Grenfell Tower failed safety tests, London Metropolitan Police’s Detective Chief Superintendent Fiona McCormack says.

The fire started in a Hotpoint fridge freezer, investigators believe, adding that the number presumed dead remains at 79.

Police are considering manslaughter among other criminal charges.
