Options Traders Bet on Smaller Market Reaction to Fed

The Federal Reserve is expected to raise interest rates Wednesday for a second time this year, but options traders don’t seem to be bothered. From stocks to currencies and fixed income, the implied one-day swing is smaller than the average realized move for all Fed days in the past three years, data compiled by JPMorgan Chase & Co. show.
