Gulliver Leads U.K. Bank CEOs as Pay Packages Lag U.S.: Chart

HSBC Holdings Plc Chief Executive Officer Stuart Gulliver, whose annual bonus jumped 58 percent, received the biggest pay package for 2016 of any major U.K. bank chief, while Royal Bank of Scotland Group Plc CEO Ross McEwan was paid the least after his firm posted a ninth-consecutive annual loss. CEO Jamie Dimon, whose bank made a record profit last year, was granted a pay package that almost matched that of all five British bank bosses combined.
