Singapore Property Prices Drop for 13th Straight Quarter: Chart

The property market in Singapore ended the year with another decline, as the government remained steadfast in its efforts to rein in prices in one of Asia’s most expensive cities. Prices fell for a thirteenth quarter in the final three months of 2016, government figures show. Singapore’s three-year slump, however, has been gradual -- unlike the steep collapse in 2009.
