Pfizer’s Lyrica Fuels Endowment Growth at Northwestern: Chart

Lyrica, the drug used to treat nerve pain and seizures, has had an unusual side effect: It has helped propel Northwestern University’s endowment to the eighth largest in the U.S., at $10 billion. Pfizer Inc.’s top-revenue producer provided a consistent infusion of royalties for Northwestern, which helped develop the drug.
