Goldman Sachs Asks N.Y. Court to Force Jiampietro to Arbitrate

Goldman Sachs Group Inc. asked a New York judge to order a former managing director, Joseph Jiampietro, to arbitrate his claim for legal fees stemming from a probe over leaked Federal Reserve documents.

Jiampietro sued the bank last month, saying the bank failed to pay at least $350,000 in legal fees he racked up while defending himself in an investigation.
