Polite Britons Biggest Moaners Over Poor Customer Service: Chart

Known for their politeness and patience, Britons are losing their cool when it comes to poor customer service. The percentage of people that would dump a company over bad experiences is much higher than in the U.S., Australia, Brazil and Germany, according to surveys conducted by YouGov for researcher ContactEngine. Having long been among the world’s most tolerant consumers, Britons have finally cracked, partly because social media has given them a louder voice, according to ContactEngine Chief Executive Officer Mark Smith.
