This U.K. Real Estate ETF Has Seen Inflows Since Brexit: Chart

While Brexit is forecast to hit the property market particularly hard, that hasn’t sent investors fleeing from a London exchange-traded fund tracking real estate companies. The iShares UK Property UCITS ETF has seen more than 12 million pounds ($16 million) of inflows since the referendum, with the number of shares outstanding reaching its highest level of the year. The fund has lost 12 percent since the vote.
