Majority of French Lack Confidence in Hollande on Terrorism

Most French have lost confidence in President Francois Hollande’s handling of the terorrist threat, a poll showed.

About 67 percent of voters don’t have confidence in the government, according to an Ifop poll for Le Figaro newspaper published today. Ifop polled 1,000 adults representative of the French population July 15 and 16, the days following a terrorist attack on Nice that killed 84 people.
