Amazon Fresh Looks to Challenge U.K. High Street Grocers: ChartBy
London’s calling for Amazon.com Inc. The e-commerce giant is joining the fray in one of the world’s most cutthroat grocery markets and as Andrea Felsted of Bloomberg Gadfly writes, it looks to be a competitive venture. The Amazon Fresh food delivery business will offer 130,000 products in 69 London postcodes for about 7 pounds ($10.16) per month, plus a 79-pounds annual subscription to Amazon Prime.
