Billionaire Investor Sees ‘Bubble’ in Government Bonds: Chart

Government bonds with record low yields may be the next asset bubble to upend markets, according to billionaire investor Peter Thiel. The Facebook Inc. board member who co-founded PayPal says bond yields and negative interest rates are signs of a "real bubble" that reflect the slowing of technological change. Thiel, speaking in German on a panel at the Finance Ministry in Berlin on Wednesday, said he doesn’t see a bubble in stock prices for technology companies and startups.
