Most Reviled Airline Stock Gets a Bump Up After Profit: Chart

Latam Airlines SA, the worst rated airline stock in the world, is starting to look a little better to some analysts. After the company reported its first quarterly profit since 2014, mostly due to a currency effect, Bradesco and BICE Inversiones raised their recommendations to "hold" from the equivalent of "sell," bringing the consensus number to 2.25. Those were the first upgrades since February, when UBS gave the stock a buy recommendation that lasted a little more than a month.
