Ugandan Court Jails Seven Men for 2010 World Cup Bombings

A Ugandan court jailed seven men for their roles in twin bombings that killed 76 people watching televised screenings of the soccer World Cup in the capital in 2010.

Judge Alfonse Owiny Dollo announced his judgment to the court in Kampala on Friday, during proceedings broadcast by NTV. Another man found guilty of abetting terrorism received one year of community service.
