MSF Says Staff Member Shot Dead in Central African Republic

Medecins Sans Frontieres said it’s suspending activities in an area of Central African Republic until it receives safety guarantees after a member of staff was shot dead by armed men.

The gunmen halted two vehicles being used by MSF in Kouki, 82 kilometers (51 miles) north of Bossangoa, on Wednesday, robbing staff and patients of personal belongings and medication, the charity said on its website. One of the drivers was killed during the incident, it said.

Before it's here, it's on the Bloomberg Terminal.
