Biggest Europe IPO in 2016 Finds Home on Prague Exchange: Chart

In Europe’s slowest start to a year for initial public offerings since 2012, the Prague Stock Exchange just hosted the biggest deal so far. General Electric Co. raised almost $750 million last week selling a 51 percent stake in its Czech unit, Moneta Money Bank AS. The placement has enlivened trading on a bourse that hadn’t seen an IPO worth more than $100 million since 2008.
