Here's More Evidence That Negative Rates Ain't Working: Chart

The latest data from Statistics Denmark is bad news for ECB President Mario Draghi and other central bank governors seeking to fuel inflation through ultra-low interest rates. Denmark’s consumer price index in April was unchanged from a year ago for the second month in a row and up a less-than-expected 0.1 percent from March. After four years of negative interest rates, it looks like the (inverse) relationship between rates and prices may be broken for good.
