Egypt Said to Plan 4G License Sale as Monopoly Eyes Mobile

Egypt plans to sell fourth-generation mobile licenses within two months in a spectrum allotment that would allow fixed-line monopoly Telecom Egypt Co. to also offer wireless services in the country, according to a government official familiar with the matter.
