European Diesel Profits Slump to 6-Year Low as Glut Hits: Chart

European oil refiners, who in 2015 enjoyed one of the most profitable years this decade, face a squeeze as margins from processing diesel and heating oil slump to the lowest since December 2009. Stockpiles of the fuels in Europe’s trading hub of Amsterdam, Rotterdam and Antwerp are the highest for the time of year since at least 2008, according to data from PJK International.
