Are Emerging Markets Stabilizing?

The best month since 2009 for developing-nation stocks boosted the combined value of the 31 biggest emerging markets by $1.83 trillion. That was the largest increase in market capitalization since at least 2007, according to data compiled by Bloomberg. The markets were worth $14.8 trillion at the end of March, the highest since Jan. 3, with China and India seeing the biggest increases in value.
