MetLife Awards Goulart $4.07 Million as Pay Disclosed First Time

Steven Goulart, the chief investment officer at MetLife Inc., was awarded compensation of $4.07 million for 2015 as the biggest U.S. life insurer disclosed his package in a proxy filing for the first time.

The pay includes stock and option awards of about $1.76 million, a $1.4 million incentive award and salary of more than $600,000, the New York-based company said in the filing Thursday.
