Britain's Stocks Little Changed as Glencore Falls, EasyJet Gains

U.K. shares were little changed, while commodity producers declined, after falling the most in more than a month last week.

Glencore Plc, Anglo American Plc and BHP Billiton Ltd. fell more than 3.5 percent, while EasyJet Plc rose 1.6 percent after Bank of America Corp. recommended buying the shares, citing an attractive valuation. Mediclinic International Plc and Associated British Foods Plc led gains in the FTSE 100 Index.

The benchmark gauge slipped less than 0.1 percent, reversing gains of much as 0.8 percent. The FTSE 100 lost 1.3 percent last week, trimming its first back-to-back monthly gains since May.

The broader FTSE All-Share Index was also little changed on Tuesday, and Ireland’s ISEQ Index added 1.1 percent.
