All Eyes Are on Draghi as ECB Dictates Europe Stock Moves: ChartBy
The moves in the Euro Stoxx 50 Index on European Central Bank rate-decision days have exceeded the monthly average since last July, showing how responsive the market has become to policy makers. In December, when the ECB disappointed with its additional stimulus, the gauge swung 4.9 percent intraday, the most since at least 2012. The 3.2 percent move on Jan. 21 was the third-largest since then.
