What Would It Take to Fix the Slumping Oil Market?

World oil consumption will rise to 100.5 million barrels a day in 2020, the International Energy Agency said in its Medium-Term Market Report released Monday. That’s up 6.5 percent from last year’s demand of 94.4 million. Demand growth momentum will be "constrained by improved vehicle fuel efficiency and structural changes to the Chinese economy," the Paris-based IEA said.
