Google said Chief Executive Officer Sundar Pichai will meet with Europe’s top antitrust regulator, Competition Commissioner Margrethe Vestager, in Brussels next week.
Google is facing a fresh probe by European regulators about its Android operating system for mobile devices as the European Commission looks into whether Google Maps for phones could have displaced portable or in-car navigation devices. The company is also the target of a five-year antitrust investigation by officials into its search services.
