U.S. Housing on ‘High End of OK,’ Quicken Loans Gilbert Says

The U.S. housing market is on the “high end of OK,” even as millennials lag behind previous generations in buying homes, Quicken Loans Inc. founder Dan Gilbert said.

Millennials “came up in the financial crisis, they are less apt to invest in a home,” Gilbert said Friday in an interview on Bloomberg Television. “We have seen a little bit of a move in the last year or so. Biology sooner or later kicks in and people settle in and get a house.”
