Europe Banks More Oversold Than in 2008, Technicals Show: Chart

It’s not just Deutsche Bank AG. The selloff that dragged the biggest German lender to a record low, along with Credit Suisse Group AG and counterparts in Italy and Greece, has engulfed all of the region’s banking shares. They’ve tumbled almost 29 percent this year and are trading at a level that technical analysts call oversold.
